SPECIAL NOTES: 

  • Attire: Formal
  • Guests purchasing tickets at the $60 level are invited to arrive at the hotel at 5:45 pm. You will then be escorted into the private lounge area for the Cocktail Party.
  • Guests purchasing at the $30 or $45 levels are invited to arrive at 6:15 pm.  You will have the chance to have your photo taken on the red carpet, enter the main ballroom, purchase a beverage and learn more about the NSYO at the various information tables. The auction room will open at 6:30 pm.
  • Performance time 7:00 pm
  • Auction bidding will begin at 5:45 pm and conclude at 10:00 pm
  • Beverages throughout the evening will be available to all guests. Please note this is a cash bar.
  • There will be one 20 minute intermission.
  • Guests are welcome to visit the auction room and place bids throughout the entire evening.
  • Restricted view in Executive Circle category. The NSYO has taken steps to optimize each guests experience in this section due to the sight line limitations. This includes: Placement of a large screen at one end of the room for guests to watch the performance via live HD video feed along with the placement of two satellite speakers so that guests receive the best sound possible from the orchestra.
  • The orchestra and vocalists will be on a 2 foot high stage for optimal viewing.
  • Should guests be purchasing an individual seat they will be seated at a table with other guests.
  • A selection of light foods will be available at the post-show champagne after party.
